Going through the course material is recommended however not mandatory. In case you register well in advance, we can send you the courseware (at an extra cost). Wherever applicable you would be delivered electronic version of the courseware.

Yes, you can. Your company can pay for the training fee and you can pay for other services on arrival.
There are good gyms inside/ near the Hotels and our training centers. The cost of joining a gym is around USD 30 for a month.
We at Mercury Solutions are recognized globally for supreme-quality trainings and 100% students’ satisfaction. Hence, we regret to inform you that Course Fee is non-refundable however; participants are entitled to get adjustments in case a participant is not satisfied with the delivery of service.
Courseware once issued will not be taken back and no refunds will be done for the same.
The maximum adjustment is limited to the *training fee only. The participants are entitled to get training fee adjustments only if they bring this to the notice of the management on the first day of the training.
Adjustments are made at our sole discretion. These adjustments can be made in case of unsatisfactory service delivery from our end. The adjustments could be made towards any other training course or could be of any nature, such as – re- scheduling of training dates, choice of trainer, mode of training or courseware modules etc. These adjustments are valid for the period of One-Year from the Registration Date.

You require notifying us as soon as possible of any changes in your scheduled training. You must call your enrollment advisor to cancel or reschedule a class.
Boot camp is held at an offshore location to ensure you are away from the distractions of you daily life. It is for those who want to groom their career for better prospective at work. You do not require being a technology Ninja to join our Bootcamp trainings. But if you are not in touch with the subject of your choice in the past year or so and wish to join this boot camp, give yourself a week to study and update your knowledge about the latest findings in the field.
You have a variety of courses to choose from and if you are interested, you can choose back to back boot camp certification courses at your discretion.

Yes. Since we have in-house real life labs, you can easily avail extra time if you want after your class gets over. Instructors can be made available especially to help you prepare for the certification and resolve your queries even after 6:30 P.M.
For the candidates who register well in advance, we email them the study notes to study before they arrive at boot camp.

We get IT aspirants from all over the world. Some of them like to book their tickets in advance while others like to wait till last minute for registration. Since everyone wants to travel as per their own convenience, it becomes very difficult to offer a flat rate for all kinds of air bookings. You can get cheapest rates by booking your ticket online few weeks or months in advance. Before final booking, please do check the visa regulations from the local Indian embassy.
Yes. India is a versatile country. Your spouse/partner/kids can have a wonderful time here while you complete your training and certification. We can arrange many recreation activities for them as per their taste and choice on additional charges. If you are interested in any such enjoyment activities for your partner or family, please contact us before taking off for your trip to India.
If you wish to change your schedule or courses, an administrative fee of $ 50 is chargedper instance. The changes have to be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
The course enrollment is complete when the payment in full is received for the course enrolled for.
Upon receipt of the Course Fee, Mercury Solutions Limited provides you with a payment invoice.
We offer Trainer support throughout your enrollment.
We offer you a Course Completion Certificate or Statement of Attainment/s upon satisfactory completion of your course (if applicable).
Mercury Solutions Limited and the student will agree on a date for a class access, this date will be known as the agreed course commencement date. The course duration is effective from the agreed course commencement date.
The course is non-transferable (to anyone else other than the person whose details are given while enrolling) once the student has started.
All courseware will be dispatched at the shipping address (mentioned on the shipping details form) only after receiving the entire payment. E-KIT (if applicable) for Oracle courses will be available on your Mercury Solutions Limited account. Exam vouchers from EC-Council if any will be included in the Course Fee.
Mercury Solutions Limited will not be obliged under any circumstances to extend the period of a student's enrollment if the student has not completed the Course in the allocated time (or fail to attend a particular class in the midst). Once the allocated time for a given course has ended the student will no longer be provided with the access to the course material, course assessment and unlimited trainer support.
In most instances, Mercury Solutions Limited may arrange a course extension (whenever the next batch starts) for which the user have to pay, according to the requirement.
In some circumstances, due to some extended holidays or unforeseen events, a student may wish to place their course on hold, which does not allow sustained study. In such scenarios, students should contact Mercury Solutions Limited to request their course to be placed on hold for a particular period of time.
Registered candidates must view the class from the country listed in the registration form.
Candidates only after giving a detailed e-mail notification to us may reschedule a virtual class, before a period 15 full calendar days (not including the virtual class start date) before the class start date.
