    Enterprise Voice & Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013 training is a five-day course designed for IT consultants and telecommunication professionals to teach them to design and configure enterprise voice in Microsoft Lync Server 2013 and Lync Online services.

    This course is primarily focused on IT consultants and telecommunications professionals who are engaged in designing, planning, deploying and maintaining solutions for unified communications (UC) with particular emphasis on enterprise voice over Internet protocol (VOIP).

    Before attending this course, candidates must have:

    • Completed Course 20336, Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 or carry equivalent knowledge of deploying Lync Server 2013 or Lync Online.
    • Experience to manage software in a Windows 2008 R2 enterprise server or Windows Server 2012 environment
    • Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services
    • Acquaintance of managing and configuring databases
    • Experience to manage an application remotely using Windows PowerShell 3.0
