    Premier Support for Lync Partners Tier 1 training course will guide you to excel your skills in setting up and troubleshooting Lync Server and various Lync Server issues.

    This course mainly focuses on the introductory part of Lync Server, supportability, publishing and validating a Lync topology, preparing Active Directory, SIP routing, Lync Server Control Panel and Management Shell, sign in troubleshooting, call management features, UM integration, the central management store, conferencing, SharePoint integration, synthetic transactions, and the collect logs button.

    Objectives:
