The Citrix Specialization Practicum is one of multiple requirements to achieve the Citrix Specialist designation. The practicum complements Citrix Certifications by providing a hands-on method to truly practice and test both design and delivery capabilities. Each exam simulates real world testing scenarios by asking partners to build a solution within a lab environment based on a sample Statement of Work. One day prior to your scheduled practicum date, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your training.citrix.com account which will include instructions on how to access your lab environment as well as provide the relevant Statement of Work. The SOW will also populate as part of "student resources" in your My Training once the scheduled time has started as a copy for reference. Based on the scheduled time, it is at the participants discretion to start the Practicum at a time that works best for them. You will then have a total of 24 hours over a 4 day period to build an environment that meets the business and technical needs outlined within the SOW. The lab link will be set to expire by Friday, 11:59pm EST of that week. The Practicum labs are granted a 24 hour runtime limit. This determines the number of hours and minutes of access time allocated. This runtime limit can be used consecutively or throughout the week.
