    WHO SHOULD ATTEND

    This Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 core solutions training course is intended for IT Professionals who are keen to learn to install, configure, deploy and manage the SharePoint Server 2013 installations.

    Professionals having more than four years of hands-on experience with planning and managing SharePoint and other core technologies upon which SharePoint depends. The minimally qualified candidate should typically have:

    • Knowledge of planning, implementing, and maintaining a multi-server deployment of SharePoint Server 2013
    • Working knowledge of and hands-on experience, with SharePoint Online.
    • Experience with authentication and security technologies
    • Experience with Windows PowerShell.
    • Experience with business continuity management, data backup, restoration, and high availability.
    • Broad familiarity with SharePoint workloads.

    Pre-requisites

    A candidate should have at least one year of experience with deploying and administering multiple SharePoint 2010 farms across a large enterprise. A candidate can demonstrate the following skills:

    • Implementing Claims-based Security.
    • Software management in a Windows 2008 R2 enterprise server or Windows Server 2012 environment.
    • Connecting applications to Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Managing an application remotely using Windows PowerShell 2.0.
    • Administering Internet Information Services (IIS).
    • Deploying and managing applications natively, virtually and in the cloud.
