    The Oracle Certified Master 12c Exam (OCM) is the most advanced Database Administrator credential that validates proven ability of a professional to perform database administration. This 12c OCM exam is based on Oracle Database 12c Release 1 ( - 64-bit) and includes the use of Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC). The operating system here used is Oracle Linux Server Release 6.5 (64-bit).

    Oracle Certified Master 12C Credential Requirements

    Obtaining the Oracle Certified Master credential requires a candidate to pass an onsite practical exam that is conducted at designated Oracle University facilities in each global region. A candidate will be tested on his/her competency to perform database administration tasks in a live database environment. As this is the highest credential exam, the skill sets are for the same are timed as well as require a high degree of Oracle database mastery to successfully complete them.

    Before Registering for the Oracle 12c OCM exam the candidate must have/be:

    • Completed PRIOR CERTIFICATION - Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional (OCP).
    • Completed 2 of the advanced or specialty courses to meet the hands-on course requirements.
    • Gained considerable hands-on expertise fulfilling all of the exam objectives.
    • Familiar with the basic Linux command language.

    The Oracle Certified Master 12c Exam is for:

    • Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 – 4 years of Oracle database administrator experience.
    • Should have completed 2 of the Advanced or Specialty courses to meet the Hands On Course Requirements.
    • Every candidate should have their 9-character Oracle Testing ID to initiate the OCM exam.
    • Complete PRIOR CERTIFICATION -Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional (OCP)
